1. Turn on the power and check whether the crusher’s blades are rotating correctly.

2. When replacing the crusher’s blades, ensure the blade edge extends 2-4 mm beyond the blades holder plane and then tighten the bolts. If the pressure bolt threads are worn, replace them immediately to prevent slippage of the blades holder nut.

3. When adjusting the blade extension, ensure that the blade extension length is consistent.

4. If adjusting the blade length does not produce the desired particle size, replace the mesh/screen with a different hole diameter.

5. Do not feed waste plastic goods containing stones or nails into the machine to prevent damage to the crusher’s blades and internal components.

6. Carefully check the bolts. Tighten them immediately if any are loose. Replace bolts if severely worn.
